LIVUP Jagiellonska 36 Apartments

The concept and project for 83 apartments located at Jagiellonska 36 was created in response to investor’s idea to offer one-off, unique rentals in the heart of Warsaw.

LivUp Jagiellonska 36 is a boutique project, which offers to its tenants a lifestyle experience built around the investment. The investment offers high-quality apartments & an original reinterpretation of different spaces - from studios to 3-room apartments.

We’ve created two core concepts - Classic and Modern. Each apartment was furnished and accessorized so as to reflect its special character. The flats located in the historic building were finished off with classic, timeless details. Those inside the modern building were decorated with a minimalist, contemporary flair. No space is ever the same which highlights LivUp’s core values of diversity and community.

During the entire process, we were responsible for supervising concept’s execution including the verification of sketches, materials and final furniture and decor elements.
