Single-family House in Podkowa Lesna

The interior design for a single-family house in Podkowa Lesna was inspired by Scandinavian aesthetics and the raw landscape surrounding the property. It was the nature that defined the final color palette - its browns, grey and beiges. The living room connects with a dining space and an open kitchen, resulting in open functionality.  Stone floors contrast subtly with stone and natural oak wood as well as clay-painted walls - the beautiful details exposed by the generous dose of natural light coming into the space through the large windows. Deep oak kitchen furnishings were made to order by ID Studio specially for the project. The unconventional shape of the house allowed to create a small oasis right at its centre, adding a sense of space to the interior.
